Ferrying others to Consulate Docks no longer possible?
I'm trying to restart the Time Is Nigh quest on my now-retired ritualist. I never took the reward. I abandoned the quest but the guy at Sunspear Great Hall won't offer it to me now. What's going on?

In the last update they added 2 more Required Storyline quests for Foreigners before you can take "The Time is Nigh".
